He was born and raised in Puerto Rico. Orlando is the first Puerto Rican artist in Orlando Fl area. to be recognized by the Congress of the United States for his Music Career Contribution. His highlight was playing in a song with the legendary Tito Puente, Sheila E., Mikey Hart, Jon Secada and many more receiving the 2000 Year for ABC.
